Job Requirements

• Experience 2-3 years as Technical Support (ERP Experience is preferred).
• Bachelor degree of Commerce “English Section”.
• Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Phone.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
• Presentable
• Negotiation skills
• V.Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with customers and solve complains on the spot
• Excellent command of English
